When will I receive my money?

Your funds are settled in cycles to ensure the buyer has received the item.

• Payment Hold: Once the buyer pays, the money is held securely by Sellzys.

• Release Trigger: Funds are released to your bank account 3 days after the buyer confirms delivery (or 3 days after the delivery is recorded if the buyer takes no action).

• Settlement: After the release, the money will reflect in your bank account in the next settlement cycle (typically T+2 working days).
