Step 2: Payment Hold: Sellzys holds the buyer's payment in a secure escrow account while the package is in transit.
Step 3: Buyer Inspection: After delivery, the buyer has a 3-day window to inspect the item and either confirm it or request a return.
Step 4: Final Payout: If satisfied, funds are released to the seller; if returned and verified, the buyer receives a full refund.
