a price, and publish the listing. Anyone—from individuals to
businesses—can start selling in minutes.
What items can I buy or sell on Sellzys?
Sellzys supports a wide range of categories such as electronics,
accessories, laptops, mobiles, home products, fashion items,
collectibles, and both brand-new and pre-owned goods.

Does Sellzys charge seller fees or commissions?
No — Sellzys charges zero seller fees or commissions.
Sellers can list and sell products without paying any platform charges,
allowing them to keep maximum profit compared to traditional marketplaces.
The only charges involved are the standard payment gateway fees (around 2%)
taken directly by Razorpay or the respective online payment handling platform.
Sellzys does not charge any amount from sellers or buyers.
How are payments processed on Sellzys?
Buyers pay securely at checkout. Sellzys holds the payment until the
seller dispatches the item. Once shipment is confirmed, funds are
released to the seller.
How does Sellzys handle returns and refunds?
If an item isn’t delivered, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the
description, buyers can request a return or refund. Our team reviews
the case and processes refunds quickly and fairly.
Are used items on Sellzys checked or certified?
While Sellzys does not physically inspect items, sellers must provide
accurate details and real photos. Buyers are also protected through
our payment-on-hold system for extra safety.
How long does it take for sellers to receive payment?
Once the product is shipped and verified through tracking, the seller
receives the payment during the standard settlement period set by
Sellzys.
